Sports Dietitian Program

Registered & Licensed Dietitian Rebecca Youngs is an avid marathoner, loves to work out, and has specialized her practice in gastrointestinal health, as well as sports nutrition and fueling athletes of all levels.  She is available for individual consultations at Fit For Life Physical Therapy or through zoom video conference:

One-on-one athlete counseling (one time)

  • 45 minute one-time consult on nutrition concerns or goals

  • 24/7 email access to dietitian

  • One time custom performance nutrition plan based on goals

  • Follow-up frequency can be decided by the athlete: 30 minutes

One-on-one athlete counseling (4 week package)

  • Weekly 30-45 minute call (4 total) to review goals/performance

  • 24/7 access (text/call/email) to dietitian

  • Customized nutrition plan based on goals (can be modified weekly)

  • Performance nutrition recommendations (before, during, after goal race)

Nutrient & Biochemical Assessment

  • Analysis of blood biomarkers completed by primary care physician or outside lab

  • Recommendations for optimal parameters given the athlete’s goals and activity level

  • Corresponding dietary and supplement recommendations for suboptimal or deficient lab markers
